30th December 2015
On Sunday 10 January 2016 we begin our 'Fifty Days of Prayer', where we encourage each person at King's to sign up for at least one day of prayer and fasting, so that each day is covered up to Sunday 28 February.
As a church we want to seek to walk closely with God and respond to his initiatives as we begin this year, to be led by mercy and moved with compassion. During this time weekly notes will be provided to help focus our intercession: as we begin Monday evenings of prayer and worship for the Kingsbury Outreach; as we ask the church to pray for individuals and families in particular need of breakthrough, in healing, or in work or housing; and as we long to see many people come to know and experience the love and mercy of Christ Jesus this year.
During the fifty days we will offer 'Prophetic appointments', where individuals can sign up for a slot to receive personal prayer; and we will also run the seven session 'Christianity Explored' for anyone who is interested in discovering more about Jesus.
