King’s offers a number of regular activities, at present these include:
King’s has offered free English language classes in Harrow in different venues on a weekly basis, during term time, since 2003, taught by trained and skilled volunteer teachers and helpers. The King’s English classes have allowed us to serve and help many different members of the community from a wide variety of nations. Currently we offer a class on Monday afternoons, 1-3pm (during term time) in South Harrow.
A great way to start the week, this is an hour of Ladies’ Keep Fit, from 8-9pm, at Brigade House. All ages and abilities are welcome.
On Wednesday Mornings, from 9.45am to 11.15am, during term time we offer an opportunity for mums and other female carers with children ages 0-3 to get together for a chance for a chat and to enjoy some free filter coffee, with toys to play with for the children.
We arrange regular opportunities for games of 5-a-side football for adults and older teenagers at Goals in South Ruislip.
We run Youth evenings, for school aged children years 7 to 11, three out of four Fridays in the month. These evenings are for fun, friendship and discipleship, from 7.30-9.30pm at Brigade House.
As a church we run under 12′s football on a Saturday morning. We also offer free FunFirst Football weeks during the summer holidays for children.
Each Tuesday Evening we offer an opportunity to be equipped to go out on to nearby streets to talk and pray with people. Meet 7.30pm at Brigade House.
